    The web has become a crucial part of daily life. We use it to handle our day to day - pay bills, book a doctor's appointment, buy groceries, and more. As UX writers, we can only do our job well if everybody has equal access to these experiences, including those with disabilities.

Nir Horesh

Nir Horesh is the Head of Accessibility and Senior Product Manager at Wix. He is responsible for making Wix websites and products more accessible for everyone. Before joining Wix 6 years ago, Nir worked as an Engineer in the semiconductor industry for 7 years before joining a few startups. He also hosted a tech podcast and blog. Nir also mentors and leads a team at beaches.app

Michal Halperin Ben-Zvi

Dr. Michal Halperin Ben Zvi is an expert in developing and adjusting digital interfaces and customer journeys for the 65+ segment. A specialist in the psychology of aging, she combines technology and psychology to create digital solutions that meet the 65+ needs, abilities, and desires and increase engagement.

Michal led the research and writing of the national project to formulate guiding principles and standards for inclusive digital services to the aging population- on behalf of JDC and Digital Israel.

Rachel Rowland

Rachel Rowland is the Head of the Writers Guild and Head of UX Writers. She has always had a passion for language and studied Comparative and English Literature before she moved to Israel in 2007. Before taking her role as head of writers, Rachel spent 6 years leading content projects across Wix that ranged from the technical to the visual, on teams across the company.

Tammy Salomon is a senior UX writer and content accessibility expert at Wix, who focuses on helping writers from all disciplines understand how to make their content more accessible and inclusive. Currently living in Jerusalem, she’s originally from Australia and somehow still has her Aussie accent, even though she’s been away from Oz for almost half her life.

Ayelet Kessel is a UX writer for Wix eCommerce. With a background in localization and a passion for problem solving, she helps Wix users create accessible and delightful experiences for their own customers. When she’s not giving Figma trainings or googling pictures of dogs, Ayelet runs MicroCoffee - Microcopim’s mentorship program for junior UX writers.
